Temporary Closure and Business Continuity Plan
Like all businesses, we are keeping a close eye on the progression and impact of the COVID-19 outbreak, and would like to keep you updated on the actions we are taking in response.
At Robinson Sterling, the health and safety of our staff and clients is a matter of absolute priority during the current emergency. It is also important to show our collective ongoing responsibility to delay the spread of the virus among our staff, clients and the wider community.
With many businesses, including ours, facing unprecedented conditions with a significant possible downturn in cashflows, our objective is to ensure continuity and support for our clients with minimal possible disruption. In order to do achieve this objective, we have set out an action plan which, we are confident, will keep our staff safe whilst still attending to the urgent requirements and support needed by our clients’ businesses.
The measures we have put into place are as follows:
- Our offices are now temporary closed until 9.00 am on Wednesday 22 April 2020.
- Our directors and certain key members of our team will be connected and operating remotely in order to deal with urgent client matters.
- As a primary point of contact, we would request you to email us should you require any assistance during this temporary closure.
